Within one week (i.e. by 3/5/03), send a one-page (or less) summary to me, stating your "goals and outcomes" for your working group. This should include a more detailed description of the topic, an outline of how you intend to proceed, and the outcomes that you hope to achieve by June. 2. Draw up a list of people who will be involved in your working group. You are responsible for coordinating meetings. 3. Decide on a group meeting time and email Nicole Scott to arrange a meeting room 4. Send an email about the meeting time and place to the whole list (or let me know so I can announce it) so that others who are interested in the topic but may not want to be a regular member of the working group can still participate
