As for any window, to resize a chart you click on it, then you drag one of its corners to the new size.
 

Question.  On a single worksheet, make the two time plots required in Exercise 1.39 from
the textbook.  Give titles indicating which plot shows a rapid decrease of the death rate, and which plot shows a slow decrease.
